CANTILAN is Paradise...

Most of Philippine islands and islets have been labeled with distinctive word: paradise. And if your definition of paradise includes white, gray sand beaches with clear blue-green water, and most of all uncrowded - the town of cantilan should be number one on your list.

CANTILAN is Paradise...But is it a perfect getaway?

Check my pictures. To be honest, i can PROUDLY say, Cantilan can compete with the best beaches in the country. And for those who alway seek or explore new sights, discover new activities and bring home a story worth telling; CANTILAN is perfect.

There are so many things to do in Cantilan. Amazing local food, interesting history, a unique landscape, unspoiled beaches from gray and white sands, picturesque islands and islets, there is plenty to keep you entertained in this quiet town i called paradise.

The town of Cantilan is truly a paradise. i'll bet you'll love it here!!!!

The year is almost over, and this is not my year end review yet. So if your looking on where to go on your next adventure, i hope this post helped you.

Here are some photos of my 2015 travel. I hope you find inspiration in it for your next adventure.

Enjoyin my mint and lemon grass tea from cafe sabel.

1. Baguio City's newest and most exciting tourist attraction : Bencab Museum..

2. Travelling to far-flung destinations can be a hugely rewarding experience that everyone should experience.. come and visit Tulgao, Tinglayan,Kalinga..

3.  I’ve visited Sagada several times. At this point, I’ve gotten to know and realize a lot of changes in this town, but I’ve learned the benefits of staying in different places, and I know the kinds of experiences that make a trip to Sagada more special.

4. Dreams do come true at Mt. Apo.

5. I'm thrilled at this opportunity to share one of my recent adventures with you all — my visit to Katibawasan Falls — a natural wonder that should top everyone’s must see list!

6. Visiting the waterfalls of Iligan makes a rewarding trip to Mindanao. It’s a relatively easy walk to its base where you can enjoy the views of the falls and the water that cascades over a spectacular rock face.

7. There is no doubt that Cantilan is a worthy place to visit..

8.I made it to the Enchanted River !!!

9. To ring in the new year right, my favorite first ascent for 2015 is Scrambling at lioness back and rhinoceros rock.

10. For a hike with a pleasant end, visit 3 falls in Sta. Maria, laguna. This beautiful waterfalls swirls and twirls through lush greenery surroundings with a shallow catch basin where you can take a swim. The hike to the falls is relatively easy and straighforward, you will run into several small and medium size falls, great rock formations and even calm stream for a quick dip in the cold water.

by air, land and sea

Be familiar with ways of getting to your destination.. by air, land and sea and how each mode of transport can be better than the other. Finding the best way to travel is perhaps one of the most confusing parts of planning your vacation, among other things there is the question of cost and comfort. So be prepared and take some time to plan.

And with so many options to choose from, traveling around the Philippines is not a problem, since all roads to major cities and provinces are practically connected by land, air, or water. All one must do is just choose the best, fastest, safest and affordable way to travel. Enjoy.

Enjoying my window seat :)

Chasing Waterfalls Series : Fortune favors the brave at 3 Falls

Either you're in search for a weekend getaway or simply just want to have a taste of adventure because of long weekends, 3 falls in Barangay laurel, Sta. Maria, province of Laguna, is the place to go.

Sta maria is a little town about 3 hours from the metro.  Popular amongst locals, but it’s not as often visited by tourists.

Arriving in Siniloan from Tanay , the first thing I did is to look for Sta maria's terminal. With a little information about the town, I and jackie brave the ride going to the falls. True enough, fortune favors the brave, and we did in fact find the 3 falls.

Arriving in Barangay Laurel, it is quite clear that it’s not a tourist town.
